  • Flexi has no deposit. Sessions requires one month's fee as a refundable security. Resident terms are custom and discussed transparently before signing.

  • Cancel a Flexi booking up to 4 hours before the slot at no charge. Sessions can be paused with 30 days' notice. Resident contracts run month-to-month with a 60-day notice period.

  • All published rates are exclusive of GST. Tax invoices are issued for every booking so you can claim input credit where applicable.

  • You move up without losing your patient panel or your room. Upgrade from Flexi to Sessions, or from Sessions to Resident, any time. We pro-rate the change.

  • Yes. Step down with 30 days' notice. We'd much rather you stay on a smaller plan than leave.
